I have an international bussiness bachelor's degree, I will be completing my last year of my Masters in Social Work. I will be 33 by then is it too late to go for my J.D. degree? What do you think? i am asking because maybe i will just waste my time and money if I can't get a job with it? I like policy and law and with my background I want to work in a non profit and helping the underserved sectors of the population, either here or in an International Non Profit.

You're absolutely never too old, whether for law school, a bachelor's degree or learning to read. However, in your case, given that you have two degrees, the the only things that will make this a waste of time are if you're not sure you really want it or if you're not doing it for the right reasons. Go into it with a good idea of what you want to do and what kind of jobs you'll be interested in. Google those positions and do further research at libraries and bookstores. Don't worry about your age - you're not too old for law school and you're not too old to get hired as a lawyer. Good luck.

It is not too late, you might even look at a Joint MSW/JD degree if it is not too late. DA
